appellant-State, submits that the controversy involved in the

instant appeal is covered by the judgment dated 29.11.2021

passed by the Division Bench of this court in a bunch of appeals

led by D.B. Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No.610/2021 (State of

Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Surendra Khokhar).

In view of the above, the instant appeal is also

dismissed in light of the judgment referred to above.
