It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the

relief as claimed by the petitioners is squarely covered by the

Division Bench decisions of this Court in Narendra Singh

Shekhawat & Ors. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : D.B. Civil Writ

Petition No.12294/2016, decided on 01.05.2017 and Priyadarshi

Bohra & Ors. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : D.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.8063/2016, decided on 10.04.2017.

Further submissions have been made that though the

petitioners have made a representation to the respondents, the

same has not been decided and the petitioners have not been

accorded the benefit to which they are entitled in view of the

judgment in the case of Narendra Singh Shekhawat (supra) and

Priyadarshi Bohra (supra).

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State made

submissions that petitioners may make a fresh representation,

which is to be decided in accordance with law.

In view of the submissions made, the writ petitions filed by

the petitioners are disposed of. The petitioners shall file a fresh

detailed representation within a period of 15 days and the

respondents are directed to decide the representation of the

petitioners and in case, it is found that the petitioners are entitled

to the relief as claimed, accord the same in accordance with law.

Needful may be done by the respondents within a period of

eight weeks from the date a copy of this order and

representations are placed by the petitioners with the

respondents.
