1. Petitioner has preferred this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. The Corpus was produced by Mr. Karan Singh Rathore, S.H.O. Gangapur City Kotwali Sawai Madhopur and Ms. Sapna MFC 101 P.S. Gangapur City, Sawai Madhopur before the Court, the corpus is minor child who is willing to go with her parents.

3. In view of the fact that the corpus is willing to go with her parents, this Habeas Corpus Petition is accordingly, disposed.

4. S.H.O is directed to sent the corpus with the petitioner and her husband.
