This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.PC has been

preferred on behalf of the petitioner with a prayer for quashing

FIR No.226/2021 of Police Station Marwar Junction, District Pali.

After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite

some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

he does not want to press this criminal misc. petition, however,

prayed that the representation of the petitioner, which is pending

consideration before the Superintendent of Police, Pali may be

ordered to be taken into consideration.

In view of the above prayer made by learned counsel for the

petitioner, this misc. petition is dismissed as not pressed with the

liberty as prayed for.

However, it is expected that the representation filed by the

petitioner before the Superintendent of Police, Pali, if is pending

consideration till date, shall be decided expeditiously.

Stay petition is also dismissed.
