Order

04/01/2022

This appeal is filed against the judgment of the learned

Single Judge dated 22.10.2021.

The appellant original petitioner had filed the writ

petition and disputed certain answers provided in the answer key

by the recruiting agency. The learned Single Judge dismissed the

writ petition observing that the written examination in question

was held in 2012, the result was declared in 2015 and the writ

(2 of 2) [SAW-734/2021]

petition was filed in the year 2021. The petition, therefore,

suffered from delay.

We are in agreement with the view of the learned

Single Judge. In the recruitment process which was started in the

year 2012 and culminated in 2015, the petitioner filed the writ

petition before the High Court in 2021 disputing correctness of

some of the answers. The petition was rightly dismissed by the

learned Single Judge on the ground of delay and latches.

The appeal is dismissed.
