Order

25/01/2022 This appeal has been filed by Insurance Company against

judgment and award dated 05.10.2021 passed by MACT No.1,

Jaipur Metropolitan-II in claim case No.557/2015 whereby

compensation of Rs.65,51,470/- has been awarded in favour of

claimants.

Heard.

Admit.

Issue notice, returnable within twelve weeks.

If, appellant-Insurance Company deposits entire amount of

compensation along with interest before the Tribunal within a

period of four weeks, execution proceedings against appellant

shall remain stayed. Out of total compensation amount, 50%

amount may be disbursed to claimants through their saving Bank

account and remaining 50% shall remain deposited in FDRs.
