These petition have been filed by the petitioners without availing

the efficacious alternative remedy of appeal available to the petitioners

under the Rules. There does not exist any extraordinary circumstances

to entertain petition without exhaustion of alternative remedy. We are

inclined to dismiss the petitions with liberty to the petitioners to

approach appellate authority.

Petitions are dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.

If an appeal is filed within a period of 30 days, the same shall be

considered and decided expeditiously without rejecting the same on the

ground of limitation.
