1. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order

dated 30.11.2021 passed by Additional District Judge, Gharsana,

District Sri Ganganagar whereby petitioners' application under

Order I Rule 10 of Code of the Civil Procedure for impleading

subsequent purchaser has been rejected.

2. Mr. Bishnoi, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that

the order of the trial Court is not in conformity with the law laid

down by judgment of Hon'ble the Supreme Court in the case of

Thomson Press (India) Limited Vs. Nanak Builders and Investors

Private Limited and Ors. reported in 2013 (5) SCC 397 so also the

judgment rendered by this Court in the case of Rajendra Kumar &

Anr. Vs. Ramesh Chandra & Ors. in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.12331/2016.

3. Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also, returnable

within six weeks.

4. Meanwhile, further proceedings pending before Additional

District Judge, Gharsana in Civil Suit No.245/2018 shall remain

stayed.
