This appeal has been filed by owner and driver of vehicle
assailing judgment and award dated 06.08.2021 passed by M.A.C.T,
Baran whereby and whereunder total compensation of Rs.8,20,125/-
has been assessed in favour of claimants and against appellants.
Heard.
Admit.
Issue notice to respondent, returnable within eight weeks.
In case appellants deposit 4 lakh amount within a period of
eight weeks, apart from the amount Rs.25,000/- which has
already deposited before filing of appeal, the execution of
impugned judgment and award against appellants shall remain
stayed.
On deposition of said amount, deposited amount
Rs.4,25,000/- may be disbursed to respondent-claimant.
It is made clear that if appellants will not deposit the
aforesaid amount, claimant may proceed with the execution.

The Tribunal may complete exercise of deposition and
disbursement of compensation, as mentioned above, thereafter
shall send the record to this Court.
