Petitioner by way of instant contempt petition alleging non-

compliance of judgment dated 11.04.2017 whereby writ petition

of petitioner was decided in his favour placing reliance on previous

judgment dated 07.04.2017 passed in SB Civil Writ Petition

No.3752/2017. Matter pertains to appointment on the post of

Lower Division Clerk pursuant to vacancies of 2013 and

respondents were required to prepare a revised selection list.

Let copy of contempt petition be served in office of Dr.

Ganesh Parihar, AAG who appears for Department of Rural

Development and Panchayati Raj within two weeks. Name of Dr.

Ganesh Parihar, AAG be shown in cause list as counsel for

respondents.

Put up after six weeks.

In the meanwhile, reply be filed, if any.
