This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has

been preferred on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of the

FIR No.0241/2021 of Police Station Gudamalani, District Barmer.

After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite

some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

he does not want to press this criminal misc. petition, however,

seeks liberty for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy

available to him under the law.

Accordingly, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as not

pressed with the liberty sought for.
