Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the controversy

in question is pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court wherein the

State has preferred an SLP against the judgment passed in Civil

Writ No.2963/2007 (Gopal Kumawat Vs. State of Rajasthan) on

29.07.2015.

In view of the same, let this petition be listed after the

decision by Hon'ble Apex Court.

Any of the counsel may file appropriate application for the

listing of the case at that stage.
