This appeal has been filed by Insurance Company against

judgment and award dated 13.08.2013 passed by Motor Accident Claim

Tribunal No.1 Behror.

This Court issued notice to respondents on 31.10.2013 and the

Insurance Company was directed to deposit entire compensation

amount out of 50% was allowed to disburse to claimants and remaining

50% was ordered to be kept in FDR. After service of notices, no one

has appeared except respondent No.5.

Admit.

Notice for hearing be issued to respondents. Since respondent

No.5 has put in appearance, no need to issue notice. However, learned

counsel for appellant may supply a memo of appeal to counsel for

respondent No.5.

So, notice to respondent Nos.1 to 4 be issued for hearing,

returnable within twelve weeks.

Record be also summoned.
