18/01/2022 The petitioner complains of illegal encroachment on

public lands. In this public interest litigation he has prayed that

such encroachments be removed.

A co-ordinate Bench decision of this Court in the case

of Jagdish Prasad Meena and Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan

and others : DBCWP No. 10819/2018 dated 30/01/2019

has activated the machinery of government for dealing with such

cases of allegations of encroachments on public lands along the

line of the said judgment, let respondent No.2, Collector, District

Karauli shall consider the representation of the petitioner

particularly one dated 17.06.2021 and dispose of the same

preferably within six months from the date of receipt of copy of

this order.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
