The State Government has challenged the judgment dated

03.09.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge. Learned

Government Advocate brought to our notice the fact that against

the said judgment, other appeals were filed by the Government

which were dismissed by judgment dated 29.11.2021 passed by

the Division Bench of this Court in D.B. Civil Special Appeal (Writ)

No. 610/2021 and connected appeals.

Without recording separate reasons, this appeal is also

dismissed.
