18/01/2022 This appeal has been filed by Insurance Company assailing

judgment and award dated 10.09.2021.

Heard learned counsel for appellant.

Admit.

Issue notice to respondents, returnable within twelve weeks.

If, appellant-Insurance Company deposits entire amount of

compensation along with interest before the Tribunal within a

period of four weeks, execution proceedings against appellant

shall remain stayed. Out of total compensation amount, 50%

amount may be disbursed to claimants through their saving Bank

account and remaining 50% shall remain deposited in FDRs.

The Tribunal may complete proceedings of deposition and

disbursement of compensation as mentioned hereinabove and

thereafter send the record to this Court.
