After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite

some time, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that

he does not want to press these criminal misc. petitions, however,

seeks liberty for the petitioners to move appropriate

representation before the I.O.

Accordingly, these criminal misc. petitions are dismissed as

not pressed with the liberty sought for.
