This criminal misc. petition has been filed by the petitioners

for quashing of FIR No.277/2021 of Police Station Kudi

Bhagtasani, District Jodhpur City (west).

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report,

wherein it is mentioned that the police after thorough

investigation in to the impugned FIR has proposed to file a

negative final report before the court concerned.

In view of the fact that the police has proposed to file a

negative final report in the matter, no further order is required to

be passed in this criminal misc. petition, which is dismissed as
