Both appeals have been filed against judgment and award

Counsel for both the parties submit that the dispute is

between claimants and Insurance Company, therefore, service of

notice upon remaining respondents in both appeals be dispensed

with on the request of learned counsel for both the parties.

Heard both counsels for parties.

Both appeals are admitted for hearing.

Appeal filed by Insurance Company, this Court has already

passed order dated 15.04.2021 which is made absolute during

course of appeal.

Accordingly, stay application stands disposed of.

Record of Tribunal be sent back to disburse the amount of

and thereafter be sent back to this Court.
