10/01/2022 The matter comes up on an application (1/2021) filed by the

applicant Shilpa Baheti D/o Babu Lal Baheti stating therein that

pertaining to same controversy, she has also filed a writ petition

no.5155/2021, Shilpa Baheti Vs. Rajasthan Pollution Control Board

& Ors. which is subjudice before the Principal Seat of this Court

and hence, she may be impleaded as party respondents.

In view thereof, it is desirable that these writ petitions are

heard together to avoid possibility of conflicting judgments.

The Registrar (Judl.) to take appropriate steps.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
