Counsel for the petitioner Shri Lokesh Kumar Sharma

submits that on account of marriage at home of close relative, he

is not able to argue the matter. He requests for short adjournment

for the second week of February.

Counsel for the respondent represented by learned Senior

Advocate, Shri R.P Singh, Akhil Simlote for the Pollution Control Board

(2 of 2) [CW-8509/2019]

submits that some contempt proceedings are initiated. They oppose the

grant of adjournment.

In the facts and circumstances, this Court deems it fit to

accommodate the petitioner but only till the next date i.e. in the second

week of February, 2022. Interim order, if any, to continue till the next

date.

In the meanwhile, it is directed to the respective counsel

appearing for both the sides that as the decision of National Green

Tribunal and Supreme Court are there, the matter requires immediate

disposal. The matter will be listed at item No.1 in the second week of

February for final disposal.

If the respective counsel so desire, they may furnish written

submission and judgment on the matter so that the matter can be

disposed of on the same date.
