28/01/2022 Mr. Sunil Beniwal, learned AAG, at the outset points out that

the issue involved in the present writ petition has been adjudged

against the petitioner by a recent judgment of this Court dated

25.01.2022 (Sang Singh Rajpurohit v. State of Rajasthan &

Ors.) in SBCWP No.8922/2021.

Mr. Godara, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and

granted three days' time to examine the issue.
