Perusal of the impugned order passed by the learned Single

Judge would show that the petition of the present appellant was

dismissed relying on the decision of the Single Judge in the case

of Vikram Singh Shekhawat and others Vs. State of Rajasthan and

others. It is stated at bar that the appeal against the said

judgment is admitted by the Division Bench at Jaipur.

Under the circumstances, this appeal is also admitted.
