Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the issue

raised in the present writ petition now stands covered against the

petitioners in Dr. Neha Choudhary vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. :

D.B.S.A.W. No.201/2022, decided on 25.01.2022 (At Jaipur

Bench).

In view of the submissions made, following the judgment in

the case of Dr. Neha Choudhary (supra), the writ petition filed by

the petitioners is dismissed.
