     In wake of instant surge in COVID-19 cases and spread of its

highly infectious Omicron variant, lawyers have been advised to

refrain from coming to the Courts.

     The matter comes up on second stay petition under Article

226 of the Constitution of India.

     Vide order dated 08.12.2016, a coordinate Bench of this

Court had granted the interim order, which reads as follows:-


          "Learned      counsel       for     the     petitioners    places
     reliance on the judgment of this Court in the case titled
     as CM& HO and another Vs. Smt. Nathi : S.B.C.W.P.
     No. 10614/2012 decided on 6.12.2013 and urges that
     the impugned order is liable to be set aside for the
     same reasoning.
          Issue dasti notice of the writ petition as well as
     the stay application to the respondents returnable in
     four weeks.
          In the meanwhile and until further orders, effect
     and operation of the impugned order Annex.2 dated

                                        20.1.2016 passed by the Permanent & Anwarat Lok
                                        Adalat (Dist. & Sessions Judge), Sirohi shall remain
                                        stayed subject to the condition that petitioners shall
                                        deposit a sum of Rs. 30,000/- with the Permanent Lok
                                        Adalat by 08.01.2017. Amount if deposited shall be
                                        disbursed to the respondent no.1.

                                         In view of this Court, the interim order already granted is

                                   holding the field and is sufficient to protect the petitioners, and

                                   thus, no further orders on second stay petition need to be passed

                                   at this stage.

                                         The second stay petition is disposed of accordingly.
