These appeals arise out of a common judgment of the
learned Single Judge dated 04.08.2020. The appeals are filed by
the respondents i.e. Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasethan
Ayurved University and its authority.
Upon perusal of the order passed by the learned Single
Judge and upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, we find all
that the learned Single Judge by way of impugned order had
required the University is to decide the representations of the
original petitioners, respondents herein. We do not discern any
direction that such representations must be decided in a particular
manner. There was some observations to take into consideration
certain judicial pronouncements. These observations are also
otherwise innocuous. Needless to say that such representations
had to be decided in accordance with law as per applicable and
prevailing law. In view of these observations, no further orders
are required to be passed.
We record the statement of learned counsel for the original
petitioners that the University has also disposed of the
representations and in that manner even order challenged is
complied with.
Be that as it may, in view of the observations made above,
these appeals may not be pursued any further.
The appeals are disposed of accordingly.
