This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 CrPC

is filed by the petitioners with a prayer for quashing of

the FIR No.377/2021 of Police Station Gulabpura, Distt.

Bhilwara.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

that the parties have already entered into a compromise

and the dispute between them has already been settled

amicably.

Learned counsel for the complainant-respondent

No.2 has also admitted that the parties have already

entered into a compromise.

In view of the above, the petitioners as well as the

respondent No.2 are directed to appear before the I.O.

on or before 5.2.2022 and apprise him regarding the

compromise arrived at between the parties.

The I.O. shall verify the factum of compromise

arrived at between the parties and, thereafter, submit a

latest factual report before this Court by the next date of

hearing.

List on 14.2.2022.

Till next date, no coercive action shall be taken

against the petitioners in connection with FIR

No.377/2021 of Police Station Gulabpura, Distt. Bhilwara.
