This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 CrPC has been

filed by the petitioners with a prayer to direct the police

authorities for conducting fair and impartial investigation into the

FIR No.96/2020 of Police Station Karwad, District Jodhpur.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report,

wherein it is mentioned that the police after thorough

investigation in the impugned FIR has already concluded that no

offence is made out against the accused persons, named in the

FIR.

In view of the fact that the police has already concluded the

investigation in the impugned FIR and found that no offence is

made out against the accused persons, named in the FIR, I am

not inclined to entertain this criminal misc. petition, which is

dismissed as such.

However, the petitioner will be at liberty to avail appropriate

remedy available to her under the law, if she is aggrieved by the

negative final report submitted by the police.

The factual report submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor

is taken on record.
