Though there is technical delay in filing the appeal by the

State Government, considering the corona period and the waiver

of limitation provision provided by the Supreme Court, there

would be no actual delay.

The State has challenged the judgment of the learned Single

Judge dated 03.09.2021 deciding several writ petitions. In bunch

of appeals filed by the Government against the said judgment, the

Division Bench passed the judgment dated 29.11.2021 dismissing

the appeals.

Under the circumstances, this appeal is also dismissed along

with connected applications.
