The matter comes up for consideration of the application

(Inward No.2/2021) preferred on behalf of the appellant under

Section 5 of the Limitation Act with a prayer for condoning the

delay of 5 days in filing the present appeal.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going

through the averments made in the application under Section 5 of

the Limitation Act, the application (Inward No.2/2021) is allowed.
