Learned Public Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf of

respondent No.1 - State.

Let notice be issued to the respondent No.2 only, returnable

within a period of four weeks.

Notice upon the respondent No.2 shall be served through the

SHO, Police Station, Bichhwal, District Bikaner, who shall ensure

the personal service of notice upon the respondent No.2 positively

by the next date of hearing.

In the meantime, the further proceeding of Criminal Case

No.337/2011 (Puran Singh v. Kundan & Ors.) pending before the

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikaner shall remain stayed.
