This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 CrPC has been

filed by the petitioner for quashing the FIR No.14/2022 lodged at

CPS Anti Corruption Bureau, Jaipur District Jaipur for the offence

punishable under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act

(Amended), 2018 read with Sections 201, 384 and 120B IPC.

After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite

sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

on instructions, he wants to withdraw this criminal misc. petition,

however, seeks liberty for the petitioner to move representation

before the Investigating Officer along with supportive evidence.

Accordingly, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as

withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.

It is expected that if the petitioner to move representation

before the Investigating Officer along with supportive evidence,

the Investigating Officer shall consider the same objectively and,

thereafter, proceed in accordance with law.
