08/02/2022 Mr. Nikhil Dungawat, learned counsel representing the

respondent, submits that a bunch of identical appeals, led by D.B.

Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No.505/2020 (Dr. Sarvepalli

Radhakrishanan Rajasthan Ayurved University & Anr. Vs. Jeetu

Singh), has been decided by a Division Bench of this court vide

judgment dated 27.01.2022.

Shri Bhandawat, learned counsel representing the

appellant concedes that in view of the above order, the appellant

University does not propose to pursue this appeal any further.

Accordingly, the instant appeal is disposed of in light of

the judgment dated 27.01.2022 referred to supra.
