This application is filed by the State Government to bring on

record certain additional documents at appellate stage. Learned

Government advocate stated that these documents are in the

nature of notifications. These documents can be perused by the

Court without bringing the same on record.

Application stands disposed of.

D.B. Civil Misc. Application No.2/2022:-

This application is filed by the original petitioner to bring on

record certain additional documents at the appellate stage. We

notice that one out of these three documents came into existence

shortly before the judgment of the learned Single Judge and

another came into existence afterwards. The request for taking

these documents on record is granted. It would be open for the

appellant to file affidavit controverting the petitioner's reliance on

these additional documents.
