Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned AAG submits that the issue raised in the present
writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment in Dr. Naveen
Jakhar & Ors. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ Petition
No.687/2022, decided on 01.02.2022 (At Jaipur Bench), wherein
(5 of 5)
identical writ petitions have been dismissed and therefore, the
present writ petitions also deserve to be dismissed.
Learned counsel for the petitioners are not in a position to
dispute the fact that the issue raised in the present writ petitions
is similar to that of Dr. Naveen Jakhar (supra).
In view of the above fact situation, the issue raised in the
present writ petitions stands covered by determination made by
this Court in the case of Dr. Naveen Jakhar (supra), the present
writ petitions are dismissed.
