This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 CrPC has been

filed by the petitioners with a prayer for quashing the FIR

No.217/2021 of Police Station Sadar Barmer, District Barmer.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report,

wherein it is mentioned that the police after thorough

investigation in the impugned FIR has concluded that no case is

made out against the petitioner for commission of cognizable

offence and, therefore, the police has proposed to file a negative

final report in the matter.

In view of the fact that the police has already concluded the

investigation in the impugned FIR and found that no case is made
