This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has
been filed the petitioner with a prayer for quashing the FIR
No.412/2021 of Police Station Kotwali, District Sri Ganganagar.
After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite
some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that
he wants to withdraw this criminal misc. petition, however, seeks
liberty for the petitioner to approach the Investigating Officer by
way of filing an appropriate representation along with supporting
evidence.
According, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as
withdrawn with the liberty sought for.

If any such representation is filed by the petitioner, it is
expected that the Investigating Officer shall consider the same
and take appropriate action in the matter.
