This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed

by the petitioners with a prayer to provide police protection to

them.

(2 of 2) [CRLMP-434/2022]

After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite

some time, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that

he does not want to press this criminal misc. petition, however,

seeks liberty for the petitioners to move an appropriate

representation before the Superintendent of Police, Distt.

Hanumangarh for ventilating their grievances.

Accordingly, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as not

pressed with the liberty sought for.

If any such representation is filed by the petitioners, it is

expected that the Superintendent of Police, Distt. Hanumangarh

shall consider the same and take appropriate action, if necessary.

Stay Petition is also dismissed.
