Learned counsel for the petitioners want to withdraw these
bail applications with liberty to the accused petitioners to
surrender before the concerned court.
These bail applications under Section 438 Cr.P.C. are
dismissed as withdrawn.
However, the petitioners may surrender before the concerned
court and file the bail applications.

It is expected from the concerned court to decide the bail
applications as filed by the petitioners on the same day as far as
possible, in accordance with law.
