Learned counsel for the appellants submits that copy of the

misc. appeals has already been supplied in the office of

Mr.Virendra Agarwal.

Learned counsel Mr.Virendra Agarwal submits that he has not

received copy of the cross objection filed by learned counsel for

the appellant.

and Ors. Vs.Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. and Ors.

reported in 2018(3) T.A.C. 12 (S.C.).

Learned counsel for the respondent-Mr.Virendra Agarwal

wants time to address this Court on the same issue on the next
