HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE FARJAND ALI Judgment / Order 04/02/2022

The instant criminal miscellaneous petition has been

preferred for quashing of the FIR No.8/2019 registered at Police

Station Sikandara, District Dausa.

As per the factual report submitted by the learned Public

Prosecutor, it is revealed that after investigation, a negative final

report No.113 dated 29.05.2019 has been submitted in the Court

(2 of 2) [CRLMP-589/2019]

of Munsif Judicial Magistrate, Sikrai, District Dausa on 19.10.2019.

The factual report be taken on record.

In view of above, I am not inclined to accede the prayer of

the petitioners.

Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.

Stay application is also dismissed.
