Learned counsel for the petitioners Mr. Prahlad Sharma has

filed one application primarily for extension of stay order dated

11.03.2008. On perusal of the file and record, it is seen that the

case is re-constituted. It is also submitted that vide order dated

13.09.2019 after re-constitution of the file said stay order was

extended till further order.

The matter pertains to the year 2008 and till date no counsel

has marked their presence on behalf of the respondent. Learned

counsel for the petitioner submits that his difficulty is that the

learned trial Court refuses to extend the stay in the light of

judgment of Apex Court titled Asian Resurfacing of Road

Agency Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation

reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299. Therefore, he has filed the

application for extension of stay.

In these circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to

extend the order dated 11.03.2008 and orders dated 13.09.2019

passed by this Court till the next date.
