Learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the

respondent company represented by Mr. P.N. Bhandari have made

their respective arguments.

After hearing the arguments advanced at length, this Court

has reserved the order.

As requested by the petitioner's counsel, a time period of

three days is given for submission of relied upon judgments and

any other written submissions, which she wants to place reliance

upon.

The respondents are also at liberty to file short written

submissions, if they desire to do so within a period of three days.
