Heard.

Issue notice to the respondent(s) on payment of PF on or

before 03.01.2023, returnable within two weeks.

Taking into consideration the submission made by learned

counsel for the petitioner and reliance placed on the judgment

passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Pradeep Singh

Dehal v. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. (Civil Appeal

Nos.7211-7212/2019) decided on 17.09.2019, as also judgment

passed by this Court in the case of Rajasthan Public Service

Commission v. Naresh Sharma & Ors. (D.B. Civil Special

Appeal No. 886/2005), by way of interim relief, it is directed that

the petitioner shall be allowed to provisionally appear in the physical

and practical examinations. It is made clear that the petitioner's

provisional participation shall not create any equity in his favour and

the result of the petitioner shall not be declared without the leave of

this Court.

List this case along with D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15210/2022.
