Order

16/12/2022 Counsel for petitioner has challenged the suspension order

dated 30.6.2020 and states that the suspension order is liable to

be revoked. Reliance has been placed on the judgment passed by

the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of Ajay Kumar Choudhary

Vs Union of India [2015 (7) SCC 291] and placing reliance on

the same judgment, Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has also

passed the order in similar set of facts.

Heard.

Issue notice to respondents.

In addition, copy of the writ petition may be served in the

office of Mr. Imran Khan within one week.
