Counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is entitled for

promotion and his case is covered by the judgment passed by the

Division Bench of this Court in D.B. Civil Special Appeal (Writ)

No.245/2006: Babu Lal Jat Vs Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam

Limited decided on 27.9.2011. Since petitioner has not been

included in the seniority list dated 27.4.2021 for the post of

Executive Engineers (E&M), he has objected the same.

Heard.

Issue notice to respondents, returnable within six weeks.

In the meanwhile, if seniority list dated 27.4.2021 is

implemented, right of petitioner to claim seniority shall be

adversely affected.
