This application has been filed by the

appellant/applicant seeking correction in the judgment dated

26.05.2022 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal

No.3552/2017 wherein, the date of impugned award has been

mentioned as "05.11.2016" instead of "11.04.2017".

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is

allowed. In the operative portion of the judgment dated

26.05.2022 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal

No.3552/2017, the date of award be read as "11.04.2017" instead

of "05.11.2016". This order may be treated as part and parcel of

judgment dated 26.05.2022.
