There is typographical errors in the pronouncement date of

order and name of the judgment at page No. 4 in para 4.

The said errors are corrected and date of pronouncement be

read as "09.12.2022" instead of "09.12.2020" and name of

judgment be read as "Union of India & Ors. Vs. Managobinda

Samantaray" instead of "Union of India & Ors. Vs. Maragobirda

Samantary".

Ordered accordingly.

But for the corrections as indicated above, rest of the order

shall be maintained as such.
