Having considered the nature of impugned order dated

28.07.2015 whereunder the penalty part was set aside and the

matter was remanded to the assessing authority on the issue of

interest and which has been affirmed by the Rajasthan Tax Board

vide impugned judgment dated 10.02.2022, this Court is not

inclined to grant any interim stay.

Accordingly, the stay application is dismissed.
