Learned counsel for the petitioner has made his submissions.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the

controversy raised in the present petition is squarely covered by

the judgment dated 06th September, 2012, passed by Coordinate

Bench of this Court in SB Civil Writ Petition Nos.9011/2012 &

10650/2012 and further, the Division Bench has also settled the

controversy vide order dated 03rd September, 2014 in DB Special

Appeal (Writ) No.477/2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some time

may be granted to address the issue before this Court.

Let this case be listed on 06th December, 2022, as prayed.
